ASIVIA GROUP LIMITED

What we do.

Five interconnected capabilities. One execution-driven business platform.

We help organisations obtain products required for their day-to-day operations. Our role goes beyond locating an item. We coordinate sourcing, specifications, commercial terms, logistics and delivery to create a dependable supply arrangement.

  • Food and beverages
  • Packaged drinking water
  • Camp and hospitality supplies
  • Office consumables
  • Stationery
  • Personal protective equipment
  • Hardware and construction materials
  • Electrical products
  • Mechanical supplies
  • Industrial consumables
  • ICT equipment
  • Electronics
  • Machinery and equipment spare parts
  • Agricultural and fresh produce
  • General operational supplies

Where requirements fall outside our existing supply network, we evaluate and develop suitable sourcing channels according to the client’s specifications.

We seek to develop structured distribution relationships with manufacturers and producers seeking stronger access to Tanzanian markets.

  • Market development
  • Regional product distribution
  • Institutional sales
  • Corporate account development
  • Warehousing coordination
  • Last-mile commercial delivery
  • Distributor and reseller network development

Our position in Kahama gives us access to an important commercial corridor serving mining, industrial and growing urban markets across western and north-western Tanzania.

Not every corporate requirement can be fulfilled efficiently by one supplier. ASIVIA develops sourcing networks that connect manufacturers, distributors, producers and capable SMEs to specific institutional requirements.

Where appropriate, we can consolidate multiple supply sources while maintaining:

One commercial point of contact.
One accountable relationship.
One coordinated delivery structure.

We are interested in partnerships with businesses seeking to enter, expand or commercialise opportunities in Tanzania. Depending on the opportunity, ASIVIA may participate as:

  • Local strategic partner
  • Commercial partner
  • Distribution partner
  • Operating partner
  • Joint venture participant
  • Project development partner
  • Supply-chain partner
  • Co-investor where commercially appropriate

Our objective is not simply to introduce parties. We seek partnerships where ASIVIA contributes real capability and participates meaningfully in execution.

Our long-term strategy is to progressively build and participate in operating businesses across sectors where we identify sustainable demand. We are particularly interested in opportunities where:

  • Tanzania has growing domestic demand
  • Local production can replace imported products
  • Established international expertise can be localised
  • Fragmented supply chains can be organised
  • Technology can improve traditional business models
  • Strong partnerships can create scalable enterprises

We intend to grow into opportunities progressively, based on capability, commercial viability and disciplined execution.

There will always be another company capable of selling a product. Our objective is to give clients reasons to choose ASIVIA beyond the product itself.

One accountable partner

Clients can consolidate selected requirements through one commercial relationship rather than coordinating multiple fragmented suppliers.

Local responsiveness

Being close to the markets we serve allows us to respond faster to changing operational requirements.

Flexible sourcing

We are not restricted to a single manufacturer or supply source. We structure sourcing around the client’s required quality, specifications, commercial terms and availability.

Commercial discipline

Institutional customers require accurate quotations, correct specifications, delivery documentation, reliable communication, defined timelines, traceability and accountability.

Long-term thinking

We would rather build a client for years than complete one profitable transaction. Every engagement is approached as the potential beginning of a larger relationship.

Execution culture

We deliberately reject unnecessary perfectionism. Plan intelligently. Act decisively. Learn quickly. Improve continuously.

01 — Understand

Every engagement begins with the client’s actual requirement. What is needed? Where? When? At what specification? At what frequency?

02 — Build the supply solution

We identify suitable manufacturers, distributors, producers or service providers. We then determine the most effective commercial and logistical structure.

03 — Verify

Before committing, we assess product specifications, quality requirements, supplier capability, availability, lead time, logistics and commercial viability.

04 — Execute

Once terms are agreed, our responsibility shifts from planning to delivery. We coordinate the process through completion.

05 — Measure & improve

Recurring requirements allow us to improve forecasting, pricing, sourcing and delivery performance over time.

Our reputation will be determined by what reaches the client.

  • Correct product specifications
  • Reliable sourcing
  • Product integrity
  • Supplier assessment
  • Proper handling
  • Appropriate storage
  • Delivery verification
  • Documentation
  • Traceability
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Client-specific quality requirements

As our operations grow, we are committed to continuously improving our procurement systems, supplier qualification processes and internal controls.
